Our Programmes

Net Force VC offers a comprehensive range of programmes designed to support player development at all stages, from youth to senior competition. Our junior pathway includes U16 and U18 squads, alongside our Net Force Volleyball Academy, which introduces younger players to the game in a fun, structured environment while building fundamental skills and a love for volleyball.

As athletes progress, our senior pathway provides clear opportunities for continued development. Our new Women’s Division 3 team offers an accessible step into senior volleyball, particularly for players transitioning from U18, while the Division 2 Women’s team delivers a higher level of competition and acts as a feeder into our Premier Women’s squad. Together with our established teams, these additions strengthen progression routes within our growing Cork-based club.

Premier Women's Program

The Women’s Premier Team is for experienced athletes competing at the highest level in the Volleyball Ireland Premier League. Focused on advanced skills, tactical execution, and peak conditioning, the program offers high-performance training and national-level competition. Ideal for players seeking a competitive, team-driven environment.

Men's Division 1 Program

The Men’s Division 1 Team is for dedicated athletes competing in Volleyball Ireland’s National League. Focused on skill development, tactical growth, and physical performance, the team trains in a competitive environment with a full season of league matches and national events. Ideal for players committed to advancing their game and competing at a high level.

Division 2 Women’s Program (NEW)

As part of our expanding programmes at Net Force VC, we are proud to introduce a new Division 2 Women’s team. Competing within the national league structure governed by Volleyball Ireland, Division 2 offers a strong level of competition for players looking to develop and challenge themselves. This team is designed as a key feeder pathway into our Premier Women’s squad, supporting player progression within the club. As a new addition, it reflects our ambition to strengthen performance pathways and continue growing women’s volleyball in Cork.

Division 3 Women’s Program (New)

We are also excited to launch a new Division 3 Women’s team, providing an important entry point into senior volleyball. Also part of the Volleyball Ireland league structure, Division 3 offers a supportive and competitive environment suited to developing and returning players. This team is particularly aimed at accommodating our junior athletes as they transition out of U18 level, ensuring a clear and inclusive pathway to remain involved in the sport. As a new programme within Net Force VC, it highlights our commitment to long-term player development and participation.

U16 Girls Program

The U16 Girls Volleyball Program is geared towards athletes born on June 1, 2010 or later who are ready to take their game to the next level. This competitive program will participate in Volleyball Ireland’s U16 National League, offering players the opportunity to develop advanced skills, tactical awareness, and teamwork in a more structured and challenging environment. Training will focus on refining technique, game strategy, and physical conditioning to prepare athletes for high-level competition. It’s ideal for committed players looking to grow within the sport and compete at a national level.

U18 Girls Program

The U18 Girls Program is for athletes born June 1, 2008 or later who want to compete at a high level in Volleyball Ireland’s U18 National League. The program focuses on skill development, tactical growth, and team play, preparing players to perform confidently in national competitions. Ideal for dedicated athletes aiming to challenge themselves and represent the club.

U18 Boys Program (New)

Net Force VC is excited to launch a new boys-only volleyball program aimed at developing young athletes both on and off the court. This initiative will focus on skill-building, teamwork, and competitive growth through structured training sessions and friendly matches. Our goal is to prepare the team for high-level play, with the intention of entering the National League in the upcoming season. Join us as we build a strong foundation for the next generation of competitive boys volleyball.

Net Force Academy Program

Net Force Academy is a fun and friendly volleyball program for kids of all ages who are brand new to the game or just getting started. This co-ed program teaches the basics of volleyball in a way that’s easy to learn and exciting to play! Players will practice passing, setting, serving, hitting, and working as a team through fun drills and small games. Our coaches create a positive, encouraging environment where everyone can learn, try new things, and build confidence. Net Force Academy also serves as a great launching pad for athletes who want to continue their volleyball journey and move into our U16 and U18 programs in the future.
